If you have ever wondered what an original Eichler looks like then we have one for you right here. Built in 1958, this is the heart of the California Modern lifestyle and you can experience a “preserved” Eichler with almost all original elements still untouched.
Walking into the atrium you will notice this Eichler has not been covered nor converted so the open-air sensation continues.
Look at these original kitchen cabinets! Who knew when these homes were being built that these cabinets and sliders would last 50+ years — and they are still highly sought after today for their practical functionality!
All closet sliding doors still holding their untouched original gray stained panels with Zolatone finished frames.
Tongue and groove ceiling never painted and remains in the original “pickling” gray stain which allows the natural wood grain to come through.
And don’t forget, we are in the Cherry Chase, Sunnyvale Middle, and Homestead High schools!
Open house Sat / Sun 1-4pm so I hope you Eichler Enthusiast come see us this weekend!
