I’m in love with this opportunity.  Someone is getting a sweet deal here.  With a little TLC you can have a really fun Eichler and have made some sweat equity.  This is mostly original so it’s easy to refresh everything.  This is the second Eichler of recent months where I see the owners have shot the entire exterior of the house with stucco over the original wood siding.  It really puzzles me.  Why would anyone do that?  Only thing I can figure is that somehow there were door to door salesmen back in the day who suggested a “cure” to faded Eichler siding.  I wasn’t in a position to flip this one but surely would have made a run at it if I could have!
