Ugh, it just makes me want to cry.  I don’t know whether to be angry or merely disappointed.  Yes, this is a flip, the home I talked about so strongly just a few months ago as being a terrific platform to start with an original Eichler and make it into something very special.  Unfortunately, whoever bought to flip this has no idea how to update an Eichler so you’re left with a turd house on a nice street.  I’m sorry for the neighbors.  Maybe whoever buys it this time will have better taste, but I doubt it because they are not buying an Eichler anymore.
